Hetal specializes in stress and anxiety management, relaxation therapies, nervous system health, and mindset practices.

Hetal Patel RN, is an Integrative Energy Medicine Practitioner utilizing a holistic approach of body, mind, and spirit to help her clients return to a state of balance and wholeness.

Hetal specializes in stress and anxiety management, relaxation therapies, nervous system health, and mindset practices. She deeply enjoys helping her clients transform their lives and break free from the cycle of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that results in fatigue and burnout.

Hetal’s approach is heart-based, multi-faceted approach, and customized to each individual client.

Hetal’s ability to hold therapeutic presence allows a partnership to be created where compassion, trust, safety, and a sacred space is developed to restore harmony and balance in the body, mind and spirit promoting the body's innate ability to self-heal.

In addition, Journey of Balance is designed to teach you how to be more in flow, move away from mental, emotional and physical exhaustion to a state of calm, peace, and deep relaxation.

Hetal graduated from Mercer University in 2002 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She continued working in various clinical settings from bedside nursing on a step-down cardiac unit, medical offices, home health, and most recently as a certified nurse case manager. She knows first-hand from over 16 years of experience as a nurse, the impact that stress can have on a person’s health and life in general. In my years as a RN, I observed the benefits and the limitations of Western Medicine. I, as many of you may have, experienced health challenges stemming from burnout, stress, overwhelm, and fatigue.

"When I became pregnant with my third son in 2014, I was struggling with overall life burnout, overwhelm, stress, and fatigue. I was juggling a full-time career, being there for my two other babies, being a wife, and taking care of the household. I was surviving on caffeine and unhealthy eating. I continued to push forth even though I knew I was depleted and needed help. I know this pattern all too well and I believe a lot of women suffer with this. I would push myself and take care of everyone and everything until I was forced to slow such as a physical injury from twisting an ankle or becoming ill with the flu. I would also have emotional outbursts of anger or periodic crying for no reason because all these pent-up feelings of burnout, overwhelm, fatigue, and stress had to be relieved somehow. This pattern continued until I learned techniques and tools to help me manage my overall stress and investing in my own self-care and healing."

"After the delivery of my third son, I developed postpartum preeclampsia (high blood pressure) and a few days later developed Bell’s Palsy. This was a huge wake-up call for me to take charge of my health and wellness. My physician gave me anti-inflammatory medications to take but nothing more to do and a wait and see approach. I definitely took the medications, but I started to research other holistic modalities to see if there were any other therapies for Bell’s Palsy, as at that point I was ready to try anything. This led me to the wonderful world of holistic health. I worked with multiple holistic practitioners who I believe definitely accelerated and enhanced my healing and full recovery from Bell’s Palsy as a result of body, mind, and spirit balancing."

"Since then, I have been on a personal journey to learn holistic, integrative, and complementary therapies along with mindset, empowerment, and self-development/transformation tools to continue to transform and improve my own physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being. It was so profound for me that I decided I must share this with others and the world. I decided to leave my career in clinical nursing and now, I combine my experience as a nurse and my years of research and experience with a whole spectrum of holistic healing modalities to transform the lives of my clients."

Hetal offers one on one sessions in her private practice via distance healing, zoom, and in-person sessions. I am deeply committed to helping my clients achieve an inner and outer state of homeostasis.

Hetal was born in Navsari, Gujarat India and came to the United States when she was 5 years old. Initially, moving every two years for her father’s work until the age of 15 when her family settled in Atlanta, GA. As a daughter to immigrants, growing up, Hetal felt torn between the two worlds she was experiencing. Her traditional and rich Indian cultural roots intertwined with the western culture she experienced and finding a balance between both.

From a young age, Hetal was fascinated about holistic health. Living with her grandmother and mother, anytime she felt ill or had symptoms, her mom and grandmother would recommend natural remedies to enhance her health and wellness. Today, Hetal gets to combine the best of holistic modalities in her integrative practice. Hetal enjoys spending quality family time with her three boys and husband. She loves cooking and baking. Hetal has a passion for learning and is always on a path of enriching her education. Hetal regularly attends trainings, workshops, and professional meetings to deepen her skills.
