Energy Healing can release stuck energy and clear congested energy that can cause us to feel overwhelmed, anxious, have racing thoughts, and experience physical tension in our body. During our sessions, this trapped and stuck energy is released through the human energy system and you may feel lighter, calmer, and grounded leading to a sense of overall balance and well being.

Helping clients to switch off their busy minds and experience deep relaxation helps to heal. Through energy healing, specific relaxation techniques, breathwork, meditation & mindfulness practices we can help ourselves deeply relax, rest, restore, and rejuvenate. Research shows that Healing Touch & Energy Healing facilitates the relaxation response in the body placing it in a position to self-heal.

Nervous System Healing

Energy Healing Techniques & Practices to support healing of the autonomic nervous system which includes our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and healing of the Vagus Nerve to support trauma healing. When a troubling event happens to us, we can get stuck inside of a nervous system state and by gently and slowly working with the energetic system, we can restore healing to our nervous system and the body.

Self Empowerment

If you feel limiting beliefs are keeping you stuck where you are. If you are not feeling like yourself or feeling lost regarding the next steps or feeling unhappy with current disposition. Energy healing, energy coaching, and mindset practices can all support you in finding yourself again.
